Behind the phases is a practical engineering method. We work across open-weight and frontier models, adapt them to the work when the evidence justifies it, evaluate them against your real requirements, and run the result with the monitoring and controls it needs.

The model is chosen for the task, then adapted or fine-tuned when the workflow, the data and the economics justify it.
Open-weight and frontier models
We are independent of any single provider. Open-weight, frontier, hosted, private and client-approved routes are all on the table.
Production delivery
Systems are built to operate: integrations, permissions, testing, monitoring, human review and maintenance.
Policy-first routing
Our internal Routegate approach evaluates and routes requests across approved model and supply options using policy, measured quality and cost.
Routegate is an internal engineering capability used in client delivery. It is not a standalone product.
