Run and Maintain
From go-live, we operate and maintain the workflows we build, as your ongoing partner. We monitor every run, keep the models and security current and make the small changes you ask for each month.
Monthly fee
What Run and Maintain covers
Go-live is when clients say they need us most, and we stay. For the first two weeks we check in weekly and check closely that the workflow runs correctly; after that, we agree with you how often to check in. There is nothing for your team to operate. We set the monthly fee before Build begins, from the running cost estimate in Discovery, and we agree any increase with you first.

- 03The Azure infrastructure run for you, with the cloud and AI billing managed
- 04New AI model versions adopted as and when appropriate, software patched and access keys rotated
- 05Replies within one business day, and a founder to phone for anything urgent

We keep each workflow current as models, providers, costs and policies change. If a change to how you work needs more than the workflow can handle, we scope and agree it with you.
